X-ray on Embiid's hand negative, 'just a sprain'

Sixers center Joel Embiid had an X-ray on his right hand after he took a hard fall Sunday night, and the X-ray was negative. Embiid said the injury appears to be 'just a sprain' and he'll be fine.
